New Student Enrollment
Welcome to Courreges Elementary School and the Fountain Valley School District (FVSD). We are pleased to welcome new families and look forward to partnering with you in your child’s education.
Online Enrollment Information
- Online enrollment for new students for the 2025–26 school year is currently open. Families may continue to enroll for the current school year.
- Enrollment for new students for the 2026–27 school year will open on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
Information for New TK & Kindergarten Students
California law requires students to enroll in the grade level that corresponds to their age. Eligibility for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten is based on a child’s birthdate.

Before You Enroll
- Check the Grade Placement Chart for age-based enrollment requirements.
- Use the FVSD School Locator to find your assigned school.
- Review the Parents' Guide to Immunizations to ensure compliance.
New Student Enrollment Process
Step 1: Complete Online Enrollment
- Complete Aeries Online Enrollment.
- Print the enrollment confirmation page (single-sided only).
- Please note: Aeries is not compatible with mobile devices. Use a computer, laptop, or Chromebook.
Step 2: Complete Enrollment Forms
- Download and complete the New Student Enrollment Packet.
- Print all forms single-sided.
Step 3: Gather Required Documents
Please prepare copies of the following documents:
- Two (2) proofs of residence (accepted documents)
- Student immunization record
- Proof of age (accepted documents)
- Parent/guardian photo identification (Driver's license or passport)
- Most recent report card
- Most recent state testing results (SBAC)
- GATE documentation (if applicable)
- IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
Step 4: Submit Enrollment Documents
- Bring completed forms and documents to the Courreges School Office, or
- Email documents to [email protected]
